3 of us in our family recently started taking this. Not only does it taste good, it seems to give us all a little boost of energy too, and of course for the reason we bought it , we look forward to reducing inflammation in our joints. Don't know how long it takes to feel results, but we will continue its use. We all have different issues.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Started taking 2 capsules a day (one every 12 hrs) for aches and pains. Since I have been on it, I have noticed a reduction in those little and constant aches and pains. I haven't had to take any ibuprofen since I have been taking Sunil Turmeric.

SINCE TAKING 9 grams of Qunol TURMERIC DAILY (3 grams with each meal), my crippling knee pain has absolutely diminished probably 90%. I never thought anything could help with the pain. I am 66 yaears old, and very happy that my basketball playing days are not yet over.

My understanding is that turmeric is one of nature's most powerful anti-inflammatory substances in existence, but that our bodies have trouble absorbing it without other unrelated substances (e.g., pepper). So the fact that Qunol is liquid (rapid absorption) PLUS contains all the substances to enable absorption PLUS tastes delicious is perfect for my nutrition-conscious lifestyle.

Turmeric is anti inflammatory and does help in that regard, but pure turmeric doesnt quite get absorbed as we need it in our bodies. Qunol's product is designed so that our bodies can absorb it and reap the benefits. So glad I found this!

Every morning starts with a dose of Qunol in my energy drink. I wanted to take this product for my right knee pain and I was experiencing the pain for several years. I was taking other over the counter pain relief medicines but now I can miss take them with no pain. The only thing I can say is the Qunol Liquid Turmeric really help my joins health. My pain has stopped and very little stiffness from my knees.

So I took a cheap one from work then saw this at another store and had no choice but to try it and it helps tremendously. No more cheap turmeric capsules for me. Highly recommended

I was diagnosed with arthritis in my left knee and was having problems bending my knee, climbing steps and squatting. I began taking Qunol and within a week I was having so much more mobility in my left knee and could go up and down steps without pain. Approximately two weeks ago I missed a couple days of taking Qunol and within two days my left knee was so stiff and I could hardly walk. I began taking the Qunol and within a very few days my knee pain was gone. I will not miss anymore daily doses of taking Qunol. It is the best!
