My wife and I started taking this at our doctors direction for arthritis and joint pain. We both felt better the very next day and continued to improve for about a week. After one week we were once again living without joint pain. We have continued taking it now for several months and don't plan on stopping.

Tumeric in the form presented by this product has been shown to be effective for anti-inflammatory and brain and cardiac health. I have been using the Qunol Liquid CoQ10 and I feel great. I think I will also feel great on this product and I am looking forward to trying it soon.

I like the product, but the packaging could be better. The plastic container collapses and is slippery when wet. I dropped it twice. Couldn't figure out what it was, then it dawned on me the sides are soft and collapse allowing the turmeric to slip out of hand. What a mess. Would suggest a more stable container, and maybe something non slip on the container. Just a suggestion. I h ave had two tablespoons of this and have lost about 3/4 of a cup of very expensive turmeric.

I know there is a lot of different stuff out there that promises to turn you back into a superhero but I can't say enough about this particular Turmeric suppliment. My muscles have been sore off and on for years now. Back muscles lock up doing the simplest of things. A couple doses of this and that's all gone! I feel like I can workout again and not wonder how I'm going to make it back into the house. In the past, when I get off work, I'd have to go straight home and get my back in traction just to fucntion. This stuffs worth every penny!
