I have a little bit if inflammation in my knees probably from wear and tear over the years. I took the product the first day I got is and it seemed like it help but I was thinking is was the placebo effect. Over the week I noticed that my knees were not as sore and didn't bother me quite as much as they did before. I'm still on the first bottle and while the product has not eliminated my pain altogether, it has made things a lot more tolerable.

I used to wake up at 2:00 a.m. everyday because of paining of my finger joints. I have changed to use Qunol Extra Strength Turmeric last month after more than 1 year using another brand. I take once per day in the morning. I could sleep well after 2 days taking turmeric. The paining is released in midnight. The joints still not move but it is fine without paining anymore. Great product. It really works. Got my Mom and Father-in-law to start using it and they both agree that it helps them tremendously! Only reason for the 4 stars, a few capsules must have broken open and the powder gets all over my hand / fingers and the staining is annoying.
