I'd never tried this brand before but the curcumin must have higher bioavailability because it didn't bother my stomach and I actually had lessened inflammation in my knees. I am a trail runner and particularly notice changes in inflammation. This worked quite well actually.

I have severe inflammation issues in the lombar region that causes numbness in my legs. After a couple weeks taking the quinolone liquid tumeric I have more mobility and less numbness. Looking forward to next week to see and feel the improvement . A plus the liquid taste great!!!!!

Qunol 200mg (2 soft gels) twice daily dramatically improved, within a period of 2 weeks, my long-standing (and progressive) left temporo-mandibular myositis/fasciitis. I can now enjoy chewing again on toast and steaks and chocolate........ The only side effect has been some increase in my long-standing esophagitis, necessitating increase in omeprazole 20mg once daily to twice daily to control.

I am in my 70'a and teach senior fitness. Have old injury in my back from many years of classical Ballet and also gymnastics. Now I suffer from back pain and sciatica. Everyone is different, so in general this formulation has provided consistent help in neutralizing my condition. I am able to play golf or to do work chores. The duration of it is similar to Tylenol Extra Strength 4-6 hours alleviation of pain, but I only take one pill a day. I've had no side affects. It helps with everyday activities.

I suffered from tendinitis in my elbows for months from overuse weightlifting. I tried many different techniques to get rid of it, but had no success until I started taking the turmeric. My tendinitis cleared up before I was halfway done with the bottle.

That was all new for me and I started taking a few supplements along with lifestyle changes to try to avoid meds! Numbers seem to be creeping slowly down but too early to tell. I figure this is a benefit regardless and no side effects to taking it.
