I took this for 3 months and then ran out so I just waited a couple weeks to reorder. I noticed the extra joint discomfort that I didn't have the previous 3 months in about 5 days. After going back on it again, the discomfort has once again reduced. I'm a believer

I had been taking a prescription for aching joints and mild arthritis but I was still hurting, especially in the mornings. My doctor recommended taking Turmeric in addition to my prescription. Within the week I no longer hurt when I got up in the mornings. My bottle ran out and I thought, well Turmeric is Turmeric and tried a different brand. After a short time I started aching in the mornings, it took a bit for the light to dawn that it was because I had changed brands. I immediately went by to Qunol and again, within the week no more aching. I will never buy anything else.

I just started taking Qunol Extra Strength Turmeric this weekend and I already noticed on Monday my ankles were not swollen at the end of the day. That just does not happen. I cannot take ibuprofen or naproxen because of my stomach, and because I had to take it for several months for a shoulder problem. I became even more aware of just how well it was working when I went for an extended stay out of town. When I finished the bottle I had taken with me, shortly after the discomfort in my ankle became significantly worse again.

I'm not sure how long it's supposed to take to begin having a positive affect. I took it for the first time on Friday and again on Saturday when i have a very competitive tennis match. These are the first days I have not taken 600 mg of Ibuprofen before playing. I've been concerned because I take Ibuprofen 4 times a week to play tennis. This product is a nice change and seems to work very well. I had my biggest win ever with very little discomfort from both hip replacements.
