to start out, I'm taking two in the morning and two at night to get me out of pain, and in a week or so, I'll start taking two per day. I've had both my knees replaced and the shut down hasn't helped because I haven't been to the Y and exercising, my pain level has risen. But since I started using Qunol Extra Strength Turmeric, I'm on the way back to where I was before everything closed. It makes me feel like I should get back on the move.

My doctor suggested me to try Turmeric, which I knew we use for cooking. I never knew anything about these other Turmeric products or the benefits one could get from the use of it, I have already told many family members and friends about Qunol and how I felt the difference within me in a couple of days. I'm completely happy with Qunol Liquid Turmeric!

I don't notice any adverse effects from taking it nor have I noticed any positive effects. I've been told it is good for me so I continue to take it. The only issue I have is having to take two large capsules daily.

I'm 69 and I started taking 2 capsules a day and within less than a week I started noticing that I was in much less pain. I have arthritis and lots of joint pain in my hips and this product has helped immensely! I was sold on it before the first week was up! Wish I had been using it long before I started! Great to have better mobility as a result of having taken it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow, this really works, believe it. I took it for about 2 and 1/2 weeks and went on vacation so just decided to stop for awhile. I felt pretty good but didn't realize how good till it started wearing off about the 5th day into our vacation. Boy did I regret not bringing it with me. I started taking it again as soon as I got home!

About a year ago after being told about this product I started to use it and found it to be very beneficial. My A1C diabetic numbers have remained steady or decreased during each of the past few blood tests. Of course, I add in some exercise and diet control.
