Orally with my RXs p and my other Vits/Mins -- in AM with breakfast ... I think the results after 90 days trying it are minimal for a person like me whose joints are profoundly worn... It may be more helpful to a person with more minimal damage... I would recommend it to others in that category but will probably not use it beyond the 180 day supply I got and also due to the expense in relation to more minimal results...

Once when the Qunol brand turmeric was sold out at the store, I had to resort to another brand of turmeric. Upon return to taking Qunol, the results were noticeable. Weeks later, I'm finding that my knees really ache. So in looking back that turmeric was helping and I didn't rrealize how much. So now I bought a second bottle, I'll feed you updated on how my knees are doing after I complete my second bottle.

I notice a difference already! I gave it 4 stars because I'm awaiting the full benefit (to give 5 stars) which I expect to be great, any time now! When my husband was required to update his medications and supplements for his cardiologist, we were pleasantly surprised as he complimented our use. The good Dr is from India and told us turmeric is used as seasoning in very many dishes. As a consequence we add it in our cooking too.

If it does what it claims, then I will gicve it a five star. Only using it for a week. I like it better then the powder wihich is hard for for to use because of grit taste. Though not delicious, the liquid goes down pretty easy and you can put it in other drinks.
