This makes it so much easier to incorporate the benefits of Turmeric on a daily basis. I already add Turmeric in all of our family meals but having this in liquid form helps in the the immediate absorption of its benefits. My husband and I take it together after are done with dinner.

After about 10 days of daily use, I noticed that the chronic stiffness in my hip (an issue for several years) had eased considerably. While I have used turmeric supplements previously, this one is THE best! After about a month of use, I realized that my lower back stiffness, that generally occurred after sitting for 30 minutes or more, had basically gone away. Love it, love it!!

I am a 67 Year old Businessman and I have been using Qunol Tumeric 1000 mg twice daily for about 6 months and have a pretty good 3 day a week work out schedule I had noticed some perceived benefits like lack of muscle soreness and my joint pain seemed to be less. When I ran out and didn't bother to order right away. it turned into 2 weeks with out using this supplement. Boy did I feel the difference when not taking it. I am happy to have been back on my regimen of (2) 1000 mg of Qunol Turmeric per day for about 5 days and I am back to feeling good. Great product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have read that everyone needs to take COQ10 as they age. I noticed my heart had occasional "flutters" but tests didn't reveal any problem. I started taking Qunol & have not had any more of those episodes.

I think the liquid capsules work much better than the powder ones so once I found this product I only use this one. I like that I do not have the deep burning pain in my knees anymore and I am on my feet most of the day so believe me, it really makes a difference in my life.

I just woke up one morning am my knee felt tight and was painful to bend. It was swollen so I was told to take something for the swelling and I did. That didn't help. I really had my doubts about using Tumeric to ease the arthritis pain in my knee. I was talking to my doctor about something else and the subject came up about it. She said a lot of people swear by it and it does seem to work. She said many Tumerics contain pepper that helps with absorption. That gave ma a tickle in my throat. I bought my first bottle and my knees felt much better. I thought, well that might be the Power of Suggestion, you know? So I used that bottle and waited before buying another one. Might be all in my head. Not so! I was without Qunol Tumeric for about a week. Ouch! I was miserable. I take 1 a day, today is day 2 of second bottle and I already feel much less pain. Might be all in my head or it might be all in my knee! It works.
