Im suppose to have knee surgery for tears and bone spurs but I have been holding it off since I have really bad arthritis and it would only help 50% of my pain. It got to the point where my knees were swelling up so bad that i was going to have the surgery for that reason. Then I decided to try the Quenol after seeing the comercials and pretty much since day 1, I have not had ANY sweling or inflammation at all for more than 3 months now! I started taking turmeric after being diagnosed with osteoarthritis in my hips. After much reading and research into pain relief I came across Qunol Liquid Tumeric. After approx 60 days of daily use I noticed a considerable decrease in OA pain and discomfort. It's very easy to take. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is that it's a potent stainer. As careful as tried to be I stained my countertop and cabinets.

My doctor suggested that I try Qunol brand Turmeric for my joint pain caused by inflammation. She specifically said Qunol brand, and I should give it 30 days to work. About two weeks later, I was able to stop taking the pain meds. It's been about 3 months now, and I have only had 2 or 3 times when I have had to take anything for pain. I have noticed a greatly improved difference as far as having anti-inflammatory benefits in this Liquid 1000MG Turmeric vs the capsules 500 MG Turmeric (of a different brand that was highly recommended to me) . I hurt my knee almost a year ago. By December I was hurting pretty bad and the next step was a cortisone shot and surgery if the shot didn't work. I started taking Qunol at the same time as the shot. It's been 2 months taking Qunol and my knee feels 100% better. I'm skeptical because I know the shots can last a while. I lift heavy weights and usually am walking around super sore for days afterwards. Not anymore. I think the Qunol is helping with after exercise soreness. I'll keep taking it and see how it goes.

Over and over, functional medicine, naturopath and chiropractor recommend tumeric, as well as what I read are the benefits. I deal with fibromyalgia, stenosis, and food inflammation is part of the problem. I switched to Qunol's Liquid Tumeric and Liquid COQ10 because it's definitely going to be a better way to intake these supplements over pills, and Qunol has a very good reputation with their products.
