I had been taking Turmeric/Curcumin products for years and they helped but I still felt discomfort in my hand just not severe pain. When this pandemic hit my vitamin store was closed so I looked on line for reviews of other products. I found a site that the reviews were posted by Doctors and this product was rated at the top. So I made the purchase of Qunol. Since taking your product I do not even feel any inflammation/arthritis in my hand . At my job I am constantly on a keyboard and I also teach hobby ceramics which I need to always have a brush in my hand and now I am able to paint for hours whereas before I was limited. I also noticed that when I am going for daily walks I can walk further, without having to rest before continuing on, than I could before because my discomfort in my hips is not as prevalent prior to taking this product.

I have a hard time cooking with enough tumeric to get beneficial results. Likewise, I find that due to the morning rush I don't make a tumeric golden milk drink. I was skeptical about the taste but it is really not bad. It takes 10 seconds for me to pour myself a shot and I'm done! Very pleased with this product.

I began using this product once daily about 2 weeks ago. I had spinal surgery 1 year ago and the joint/back pain after working out can be excruciating. Weight training and exercise has been a regular part of my weekly routine for years but after my surgery I had to retrain my abdominal core and pelvic muscles. I wanted an alternative to NSAID medications and this product did the trick. I still have post workout pain when walking and running but no where near what I experienced before using the product. Definitely recommend.

So I go to the store, look at some brands, this one seemed like it hit the spot. Lower back and knees feel alot better, and with less stiffness/generalized swelling.
