The only turmeric I've ever been able to take on an empty stomach. I don't eat breakfast so most supplements upset my stomach until I eat. Happy to report I can take this one anytime. Feeling the good effects too since I'm recovering from surgery.

I'm a OTR (Over the road) truck driver. 58 yoa and on occasion I my unload my entire trailer. I have found that after use if the Turmeric on a daily basis, there is no pain or soreness from the heavy lifting .

I take it daily, after 7 days I've noticed a difference. I've been taking Qunol Q10 and trust this brand, that's why I tried the Turmeric. They have earned my loyalty.

I have no idea if it is having the effect that tumeric is supposed to have. I have had luck with other Qunol products so I expect this is good as well

I ordered two bottles and one is gone. I'm not sure what good they do. I went for a while without and didn't see much difference. Also, when first taking them, my stomach bothered me even after food, which is recommended.

Great Product. Turmeric does wonders for the body and even though it says you can mix it with water, I drink it straight by itself, that's how wonderful this product is.

Started using 3 months ago for my knees & see a noticeable difference. I've not taken it for a week & feel my knees are getting bad again. Getting back on it today.
