I play pickleball, walk every day, and enjoy many activities in my retirement years and Qunol seems to really help keep me active.

I use Turmeric for the many different health benefits that it offers. I prefer the liquid version over pill form due to the better absorption rate. I was worried about the taste, but was pleasantly surprised. I am also happy it hasn't given me any negative side effects!

I stopped using this product for about 2 months, at first I didn't feel the pain coming back but after about a month I started to feel the pain again, I started using the product again and the pain went away, I have an Autoimmune disorder and it causes inflammation and I can definitely feel the relief I get with this product. I trust that Qunol products are more absorbent than other brands. Long ago, I paid attention to absorbency. I did a lot of reading. I questioned my energy level and questioned what I could do to help myself feel better consistently. Long ago, I refused to have bad eating habits become an addition for my body. I limited sugar and salt. Liquor or cigarettes? -- Never. I mean I am serious. I have plenty of examples of friends and family who can't resist any unhealthy food items. Yes, I also know exercise is important. I have only ever done moderate exercise so I knew I had to make more healthy choices to stay healthy. When I don't keep up with my supplements, I'm asking for trouble. Trouble keeping up with my responsibilities and hobbies. I do not want to drag myself around. I want to have a spring in my step. I want youthful posture. I want clear thinking. The best way to be healthy is to believe that it is up to me to make smart choices every day. I do not get any pleasure eating cake or soda -- things that tempt other people. All I get from bad choices is -- IT WAS NOT worth it. I'd rather avoid letting myself down. I trust Qunol products and I'm happy to pay for a trustworthy manufacturer. So, I say this. Qunol, please don't cut corners with quality. You are on my grocery list for the next 50 years. : )

When shopping for my usual brand, they were out so I tried Qunol. I love it and have repurchased. I am 72 with normal old age aches and pains. This takes care of them. I noticed after sitting for a bit it would take a few seconds for the stiffness to go away so I could walk normal. Not anymore.

They do have a sweet, caramel essence about them which was off putting at first but otherwise not an issue. They are a bit large but again, no concerns. I was surprised to see that my two year old cartilage piercings stopped getting angry with me.

I've been taking this everyday for the past 5 years. I have bilateral lower extremity lymphedema. I am always susceptible to infections from cellulitis. I believe this product has helped me from getting these infections like I did before I was taking it. I always lived off antibiotics prior to this.
