Very painful neck and spine issues. A Dr. had me on pain medication for a time, and for me, that kind of treatment was worse for a lot of reasons and I stopped. I tried this product to reduce the inflammation up and down my spine, and I had amazing results. For so long I have longed for something to tried the symptoms, not mask & worsen them, and with this product I have found it. I only upset that my PC didn't tell me to try this - I had to hear about it on TV.

I've been having soreness with knee swelling. I am very active, lifting weights and participating in all kinds of cardio. I push the limits for a 50+ individual. I started taking the Qunol Tumeric Liquid about six weeks ago and my knee discomfort is constantly getting better eveven when pushing my workouts further than before. Great product. This has become a normal part of my nutritional plan.

I had been taking Naproxen 500mg twice a day for inflammation. I was told to try Quinol Liquid. Although I was quite skeptical and thought it was just another potion, I decided to give it a shot for a week. That was two months ago. In the last two months, I have completely quit taking the naproxen. YES, this product helps with inflammation. Yes, I will continue using every day.

I just started using this product about a week ago, and the literature suggests that it takes 4-8 weeks to feel a significant effect, so it's too soon to tell how effective it will be. I decided to try turmeric based on a recommendation from a friend and from my own research, which seems to indicate that it can be useful in reducing inflammation. My main motivation is to see if it helps with my achy knees, but there are so many potential health benefits from reducing inflammation that make it worth a try. I chose the Qunol version because I trust the company and its claims; I've been using their ubiquinol product for several years. They're a leader in making their products more bioavailable, at least from my research into their claims, which means they're more efficiently absorbed and used. I'm hoping that a month or two from now, I'll be able to report noticeable results.

I wanted to wait to write this review until I had taken the product for 30 days. That time has come, and I'd like to now recommend this product to you. I did not notice any change in the first few days. Then, after about a week, I started to notice a little bit of a change in the amount of pain in my ankles - where I am suffering from a lack of range of motion, bone spurs, poor stretched ligaments, and no cartilage - after an auto accident 20+ years ago. Little by little, now, over the last 4 weeks, I have gotten to the point where I no longer need to sit down and elevate my legs and ankles after going for a walk. Nor do I need to take pain medicine before going on my walks. Additionally, I do not need to take pain medicine before working out any longer. I highly recommend this product!

I have used other products and Am excited to try Qunol. I am 60 years old and workout 5 days a week. The group of gals I work out with is from 20 plus years younger. I don't have to the after work out aches and pains the younger gals do... I contribute it to Turmeric.

I recently ran out of Qunol Turmeric and wondered why I was so sore and aching in my hips, back and hands. I knew that the only thing I had changed was that I had run out of the product and it wasn't convenient to pick up a new bottle as we live 35 miles from town, in the country. About the third day back on I started feeling better and the Turmeric did the job.
