I started taking Qunol turmeric about 3 months ago. Since that time my strength has increased because I no longer have to take one step at a time going up stairs. My knees no longer scream at me. I confidently walk up stairs at school and in my home. I actually feel like exercising because I'm not so achy and sore after it. I've also taken the advice to cut back on inflammatory foods. I try my best to eat those non-inflammatory foods which are best for my body. Thanks, Qunol.

I bought one bottle to try to see if this product helped some age related stiffness. And it seemed to have made a difference and so bought another 3 bottles! It seems to relieve that stiffness that I have in my knees--I do feel that this is product I will continue to use!

I love using this product! It is my first time and I already feel the benefits! My monthly period is irregular and sometimes I skipped a few months (p.s: I am still a student). I had heard a lot of talk about the benefits of taking Turmeric on a daily basis, so I decided to start doing some research for myself. After I spent a good deal of time on my research decided to give it a try and what a difference it has made for me. I have arthritis in a few of my fingers, and I have to say that, since I've been taking it daily, I haven't had ANY joint pain whatsoever. I started Qunol Turmeric due to several autoimmune diseases that cause inflammation and muscle soreness and tenderness. Usually by midday I would be hurting pretty good. Since using Qunol Turmeric I hardly experience any muscle soreness and if I do it is much more tolerable.

Have decreased my NSAID by OVER 50% & if I continue improving, I hopefully will be able to stop the NSAIDS completely! I wasn't sure this would work & it does!
