I'm 65 years old & I have a swollen, arthritic knee & ankle. I just started taking this product a couple months ago. Within the first few days I noticed the swelling in my knee was gone. Switched from the pill form, which caused a little heartburn and left an aftertaste, to this liquid form. Since using the Quonol liquid COQ10, I'm sold on taking liquid vs. pills or capsules! I could feel the relief within an hour or so. I suffer from post back surgery stenosis and arthritis as well as arthritis in my hands. I take a double dose, 2X a day - wish it came in a stronger dose.

I take two tablets daily - one in the morning and one in the evening. After using Tumeric for 3 months I noticed a huge reduction in inflammation and felt more relaxed in all of my daily activity. I have referred Qunol Tumeric to all of my family and friends. I have never tried another brand since I am a long and devoted customer of Qunol CoQ10.

Was open to trying this product as everything I've read about it piqued my interest. I must admit that after using the first bottle, I do feel better and have noticed positive results, namely with arthritic issues and trigger finger. I'm hopeful that the antioxidants are promoting better health as well.

If I try a new supplement, I don't really believe I'm going to feel the physical benefits of it -- I generally just believe that if it's helping at all, it's an internal thing that might show up in improved annual exam lab test results or something like that. In other words, I don't have high expectations. But my husband started researching Turmeric supplements for joint health, and we decided to try Qunol due to its claims of high absorption of curcumin. After taking Qunol Turmeric for a little more than a month, my husband and I literally FEEL BETTER in our bodies. General body aches and pains we thought were just a part of aging have subsided. A "hitch" that I often felt in my hip for more than a year is totally gone. The only thing we've changed in our daily lives during the last month is taking the Turmeric, so it is hard to attribute these results to anything else. I had read for years that Turmeric (or more specifically, curcumin) helps with inflammation, and perhaps this is what we are experiencing. But this is beyond anything I expected -- This is the first time I've actually experienced the physical benefits of taking a supplement. So we will continue! And we will take note of any further health benefits. Based on our experience, we HIGHLY recommend this product.

Both my daughter and I started taking this a month ago. We both feel like it has helped with inflammation and overall well-being. It is recommended to keep the open bottle in the refrigerator which is good because we prefer the taste when it's cold and normally drink it straight without mixing it another beverage.

I tried the Turmeric on the recommendation from my daughter who was diagnosed with RA and in combination of her medication, she is free of any inflammation I have much relieve from it and will continue on with until I too can say I am basically pain free

I sleep better, and my knees and back don't hurt as much. I took a larger dose one night, and will not do that again, as it caused a small ulcer in my mouth. Take just 1 tsp. and you will get good results.

This product taken over two months quickly renewed my body from aches and pains and swelling after surgery. I begin to notice feeling like my old self within a week. Each day got better. I had no side effects at 1000mg a day. Feeling like I wanted to spend each new awakening day doing something useful and phyiscal. I would say these are appearing to do what I imagined they would.
