I used to take a store brand tumeric for my back. it helped with the discomfort but when I changed to the Quinol Tumeric I have zero discomfort. I used to take about 5 minutes in the mornings to feel normal mobility now I'm up and moving right away!!

Since I was already taking a lot of vitamins I ask my daughter in law to get me some while I waited in the er for an exray. My foot was swelling like crazy, after taking it the tumerc my swelling went down. I had surgery on my foot six pins and a plate put in. I wore the cast for 6 months then a boot for 3 month my doctor was amazed I never had issues with swelling in my foot. I have taken Tumeric every day since, I switched over to qunal when I saw it in the store. I did research on the effectiveness of this brand vs what I was taking first. I don't take pain killers but I take Turmeric morning!
