This product helps my joints and eases some pain associated to age and wear and tear. After two weeks using Turmeric I found my fingers were feeling fantastic.

I only need one capsule per day. It's a high dosage and it will last all day and it definitely reduces the inflammation in my joints and in fact has practically eliminated it all together. I've used several liquid turmeric supplements in the past and this product hands down has the best flavor. It has a pleasant taste and doesn't leave you feeling like you need a chaser. I have noticed a decrease in pain and inflammation with continual use. Now, if I could only get my husband to drink it!

Have 2 herniated disk neck and back from deadlifting. Have had 2 spinal injections and 12 weeks therapy which help mobility but still pain which dr said is "chronic". Golden milk/ turmeric milk is an ideal warm drink for calming the frazzled nervous system and strengthening the immune system. Here's how I make it: 1 cup almond milk 1/4 tsp vanilla 1/2 tsp of ghee 1 tsp of liquie turmeric Heat ingredients together. Cool to drinking temperature. Add a dash of honey to taste. Yum. Yum.
