Qunil Liquid Tumeric 1000mg Extra Strength has replaced other anti-inflammatory supplements I had been taking. I am on my second 900ml bottle and it has made a difference in my pain level. I have OTC pain meds going bad because I don't need them like I used to. I can really feel it if I miss a few days. The orange and ginger flavor is good too. I like it straight, but may try it in a smoothy or iced tea one day soon.

I walk all day at my job and have back and knee issues that are quite bothersome. I take this in the evening and find that I sleep much better. My back and knees don't wake me up all night.
