We take it in the morning, it seems to reduce the pain associated with our arthritis, we are in our late 70's and we do have some aches and pains that weren't with us a few years ago, so any help is appreciated.

My primary doctor has suggested me to take it which helps to reduce my achy joints & muscles. Couldn't believe it taste that good: sweet & no turmeric smell at all :=))

I bought this product primarily for it's anti-inflammatory benefits. Upon use of the product for about a month now, I have seen great improvement in my immune system.

I have non-specific inflammatory arthritis and was looking for something other than prescription drugs and was excited to give this a try. I realize that you need to give anything time to work and am wiling to do so with this.
