Tumeric is a awesome anti-inflammatory (Natural). My wife and myself can fell results right away. This product and Q10 are a most have. Great taste as well.

Firstly, I don't like incorrect information placed on the front of the bottle, 1000mg. What they don't tell you is that it's for two gels, 1/2 month's use at a high cost. Secondly, I felt no difference after two bottles.
