I have not been taking this very long. All other tumeric supplements I have tried give me terrible heart burn. Qunol Tumeric does not give me heart burn. Probably because it is absorbed better.

I just recently bought a bottle and was kind of hesitant to drink it. I found out very quickly that there is really no need to dilute it. It taste great and much better for you.
