I took it and I could feel something in my joints. I was able to move easier. I have extremely bad arthritis I've gotten a new hip I need a knee and not possible but ankles.

I have tried everything to get off my prescription pain-meds, and this is only product that works! Give it a week, and you will feel the difference. I can walk without the pain in my ankles and hips, finally!
