Within 1hr of taking this my knee pain started to go away. I use to take turmeric in pill form and it would take a long time for my joints to feel good. I will always use this product from now on.

I had shoulder surgery and started taking it just before surgery. I don't know if it was the Tumeric but I have had an amazing recovery. I will keep using it to help with inflammation. Thanks
