Hurt my back from a fall. Doctor prescribed anti inflammatory drugs. Hate taking pharmaceuticals so I bought this product 5 days ago. Has relieved my back pain to a very bareable level. The flavor isn't bad, just a bit gritty, mixed in cold water you can hardly taste it. Has not caused any indigestion.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This I would recommend to anyone, as Tumeric has so many health benefits. I was reticent to try this at all, but it is delicious and kind of citrusy. One downside? Tumeric stains anything it touches, so rinse well after you cap full.

The liquid by far is the best. I was damaging my body taking so many anti inflammatory meds and now I don't take any! My pain is controlled and see a huge difference in my energy and alertness daily. This bottle contains over the recommended 95% curcuminoids, and it tastes delicious too. Prior to this, I was brewing turmeric tea, but it was time-intensive and not as tasty. This is much easier - I know i'm getting what my body needs quickly and easily. I've only been using for a week, and I think you see effects more 6-8 weeks out. But i'm doing this for long-term health/cancer prevention, etc.
