I put it in my morning protein shake along with your liquid coq10. It has a orange flavor but not overpowering at all. I love the convenience and like that its liquid and goes to work right away unlike capsules as they have to dissolve in your stomach. I feel it works better in liquid form. Word of caution be careful with the liquid turmeric as it stains easily.

Although the surgery was a success and did improve things I was having a problem with stiffness and pain in my knees and started to think this is just the ways it's going to be from now on. Recently I decided that there has to be something I can do and started looking into inflammation and what was out there that could offer me some relief and that's when I learned about turmeric and the need for black pepper to absorb it. I had tried taking Turmeric in capsule which oddly enough, gave me heartburn. This product does not so I'm very happy about that.
