Really helps pain and terrible stiffness from arthritis. We tried others before receiving a sample of this at Costco. In my experience, Qunol absolutely works the best.

My mother uses Qunol because she has pain in her left leg. I use it because I have pain in my knee. We both like Qunol because it's sweet and it doesn't taste too much as the turmeric powder.

I use it to try to go down on pain meds for the complex of conditions I have.I actually enjoy the product.It is delicious.I don't eat or drink processed stuff, I have celiac and diabetic.
