Both of my legs have been swelled up for close to a year now and nothing I used seem to help. Have been taking Turmeric in powder and pill form for years; for it's anti inflammatory properties. After taking my first dose of liquid Turmeric I noticed a significant reduction of inflammation within a few hours. Much more than with the powder or pills. This is a great product for anyone with chronic inflammation. I have only been taking Qunol Liquid Turmeric for a few days, but the results have been amazing. I will recommend this product to all my friends and relatives. It's a great product and it is truly a miracle elixir for me.

I much prefer this liquid to earlier use of capsules or using the actual tumeric powder. So much easier and the taste is fine. I have arthritis and two "bionic" hips and am due for a shoulder surgery early 2019, but am still active I think at least partly due to tumeric. I am 76 and in my 46th year training in traditional Japanese Karate, training three days a week.

I enjoyed trying the liquid to start and I actually enjoy the sweet taste straight from the bottle. I do occasionally mix it in a smoothie or fruit and protein shake. I have noticed an improvement in the way I feel and the increased energy I have after taking this every day. I have also noticed a difference if I miss or don't take it.

It tastes so good I want to take more than recommended, but I don't. I have high cholesterol and take this in addition to Cholestoff and my levels have dropped more than I expected.
