I like the orange flavor taste, though too thick by its own, I mixed it with juice or water, turmeric is a good supplement for my knee pains, I walked much better, and longer. I noticed too that I have good sleep and more energy in the morning.

I found the best way for me is to take the liquid turmeric about 30 minutes before bedtime. It not only helps relieve my pain and inflammation, it also helps me to fall asleep faster and I feel more rested the next day. I love my Qunol Liquid Tumeric.

I had tried taking Turmeric in capsule which oddly enough, gave me heartburn. This product does not so I'm very happy about that.

I use to try to ingest Tumeric as a pill but often missed that dosage because I do not like to swallow pills. I never miss my Liquid Turmeric... I love the taste and the benefits it brings me.
