You Liquid Turmeric was recommended to me as a possible help for the inflammation in my knees and ankles. I've finished one bottle now and find myself somewhat uncertain as to the benefits. My family loves Qumol's Liquid Tumeric ! It has a great orange flavor we mix with orange juice, seltzer water or filtered water. It helps with my joint pain and we all agree that we have more energy. Better absorption is what we need so we're glad it is liquid !

While it is a good supplement to assist with inflammation, I couldn't stomach the liquid version. I switched to the capsules which I much prefer.

I am 52 and my roommate is 63. Both of us use this product every morning with our daily vitamin regimen.
