I found it to work very well in helping me recover and it has now become part of my daily routine as I find I'm less sore and remain more flexible after physical activity and training. The only issue everyone should be aware of is that the orange color of the product is very, very easy to get on your hands and transfer to any clothing or surface you touch and it will create stains so you must be careful to wipe down the bottle and thoroughly rinse your hands after each use or you'll regret it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a left hip replacement a year ago and then my right hip was deteriorating, painful showing torn labrum and some necrosis. I was taking tylenol. I was scheduled for hip replacement surgery on that second hip, but no more and I can dance and walk without pain! I started taking the liquid Tumeric daily and the pain was gone, and the improvement confirmed with MRIs, differing entirely from the previous ones taken months before. IT IS A MIRACLE!!!!

I take a the recommended dosage once every day in the morning along with my multi vitamins and supplements. I like how it says keep it in the refrigerator after opening as it gives it a cold yummy flavor. Shake first, pour dosage and drink. That's it! My knee's used to bother me from time to time and now I can bend, tip toe and get on my knee's with a knee pad if I need to without pain. It has made me feel better all around. I love this stuff and will continue to purchase it.

I have been taking turmeric for over a year but I had been taking a pill from the vitamin store.
