I had read reviews about this product and like most people was skeptical. I started taking the liquid doses about 2 months ago and at first there was no obvious change. Then it hit me, each time i got out of bed, and each time I got up after an extended session of sitting at my work desk, I had little to know joint pain, and more importantly I felt more energetic. To test the results, I stopped taking it for about a week and indeed my back started hurting and my energy level was lower. Restarted the doses and back to feeling great. You simply MUST try this product, and give it time to work.

I much prefer this liquid to earlier use of capsules or using the actual tumeric powder. So much easier and the taste is fine. I have arthritis and two "bionic" hips and am due for a shoulder surgery early 2019, but am still active I think at least partly due to tumeric. I am 76 and in my 46th year training in traditional Japanese Karate, training three days a week.
