This bracelet is hollow inside so it cannot be sized down at a jeweler without a laser

I was supposed to get this 3 days after i purchased. Didnt receive it, was supposed to be a gift and now im stuck without a gift and no refund 'til 7 days later. If i would of know i wasnt going to receive it on time i wouldnt have purchase it here.
