They definitely live up to the hype. I did my whole ToDo list using each pen and there were no smears. None. I didn't even get the ink on my hand. I have found my new favorite Gel Pen.

An electric blue, passionful purple, and hot pink assortment of pens came enclosed. I immediately picked the purple and started scribbling. So far so good. I grabbed the high gloss, cardstock card and began hand writing my thoughts and impressions. Not only are the colors bright, but the ink lays on the surface smoothly, and fluidly. The pens write continuously and don't leave empty skips like a lot of other competitor's brands. The best part is the ink dries within a few seconds of writing. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very impressed with these pens. My daughter and I are pen hoarders and we were both excited to try these. We started writing with them as soon as we got them and were amazed at how quickly the ink dried. No more worrying about smudging the ink and not being able to see what was written. My cat loves to sit on the paper while we are writing and it surprised me that the ink stayed on the paper and was still clear and smudge free. My daughter is using them now since school started and I know that I will be purchasing more in the near future. She loves that she can use the different ink color for her classes and has no concerns about not being able to read her notes when studying.
