The pillows/cushions come shrink wrapped so you have to wait for them to grow into their full shape. It says it may take up to 2 weeks, most of it inflated within the first 10 hrs except for the pillow. They both have one side that is crushed, I unzipped the covers thinking that would help and I saw the foam was torn on one of them. I bought 2 of these in the past and have not had any issues with tears or then inflating quickly. I’m getting concerned that these pillow will not inflate completely . They are very big yo try to return since took them out of the shrink wrap, so not sure what to do.

I love this couch for my three active kids. We’ve had it about 3 weeks and it’s used everyday. They make it into obstacle courses, little houses, and lay on it to watch movies. It has helped cut down on jumping on other furniture. It’s a great outlet for energy when we are stuck inside.

A family member has this sofa and I was very impressed with the quality. I order one and the wedge pillows are not wedge shaped and the flat pillows did not plumb up to fill the cover. Sam's was very good to work with for a pick up and return. I have been very impressed with the customer service. The new one has not arrived yet but I am hoping that the first sofa was just a fluke and the next one will be as nice as the one I have personally seen.

I absolutely love this couch! This has solved so many problems for my family-the covers are washable, I can rearrange my small living room easily, and my kids can play and climb all over them! They’ve been building forts and tumbling-and it’s sooo comfortable! It’s seriously the best seating I’ve experienced! I also have found the cushions the absolute best sleeping option for camp outs in the living room! My adult sister and her adult children all sat on our 3 play couch “mega couch” configuration, and they all agreed that this is super comfortable

We bought this an early Christmas gift for our 10 month old. She has loved it so much & really enjoys climbing all over it. I thinks it’s really helped her develop her motor skills, cause now she climbs up & down all the time & she really seems to have so much fun.

We have two play couches from different brands: one from another well known, more expensive brand and this one! As far as differences, there wasn't much! We were a little hesitant about the Member's Mark one because people complained about it not being as sturdy. BUT that's not the case at all! Both foams are pretty comparable. The only noticeable difference was that the fabric of the material on the other brand felt a lot nicer than the Member's Mark one. BUT my daughter didn't care, and she still is able to climb on both the same. I would recommend this! In fact, I recommended it to my sister in law who bought one off of Amazon. The Amazon one, she said, was not as sturdy, and the pieces were a lot nicer on the Member's Mark!

The kids haven’t stopped playing with this since we got it. Endless, open ended play. Creativity, imagination, so many possibilities… they think and create all day! It’s soft, comfortable, and really an awesome “toy” so to speak. Can totally double as a couch or sleepover mattress! We loved it so much we ordered a second set. Highly recommend.

I bought these for my one year old grandson and he loves them! He can climb and roll around and easily move them around independently. He also can curl up and enjoy his cup of juice while relaxing. These are wonderful and his parents say they are easy to clean which is important as well

Excellent value. Grandkids (3and 5) love this set. We’ve had it two years and it looks brand new. They’ve been quite hard on it using it for hours and hours of imagination. Everything from wrestling, fort building, reading area, watching TV, and even napping. Bought a second set to encourage more imagination. You won’t be sorry you purchased this set. Highly recommended!

These are great! We don't have any of the name brand options to compare to, but we've had two of these for just under a month and my kids play with them daily. If I could give half stars I would make it a 4.5-- My only little complaint at this point is that the covers will slide around on the foam a bit. Nothing is damaged and it's easy enough to wiggle them back into place, they basically just don't quite look as pretty.
