I am a professional cook and bought these pans for use at home BUT they are burning most of my food. Also, after the very first use, the white coating has discolored. Very disappointed. I was expecting more...

Like I said, the pans cook well but just making eggs the handle gets hot. Not at all what i expected. I have purchased these pans (Tramontina) with no issues but hot handles is not good. Would return but already have had them too long.

They need to be recalled for the metal thumb placement. If you don't want to burn your self you have to move your hand back and it's harder to handle the weight of the food when draining grease. otherwise they are great and would be 5 stars.

I really like these fry pans. The price was great! Food does not stick and the clean up is a breeze. I like the color and the outside of the pans clean up well also. I enjoy cooking with these and have no complaints at all.

I ordered these months ago and debated returning them. I'm so glad I didn't. They do a great job of heating evenly and food doesn't stick. Well worth it.

Love these pans! Easy to pre-treat. Heat quickly and effective timely using low heat. Clean up like a whiz and I LOVE the color. (I bought red). By 5hecway, they cook great.

I've had these pans for over a year now and they have performed very well. They still look brand new inside and out and yes we do wash them in a dishwasher.

These pans are very good quality! Was surprised since the price is so reasonable even without the sale price. Pans are heavy not thin or light, good heat distribution , no sticking and easily cleaned. Best investment I’ve made in a while.

I received the set and as reviews stated cleaned and seasoned the pans as per the directions. The next day I used the middle-sized pan to fry some eggs...no butter or oil added to the pan. The eggs stuck and I had to toss. I cleaned out the pan and used a fair amount of butter and tried again...worked fine. I guess I was expecting to be able to use the "seasoned" pans without adding butter or oil...If that is how they are supposed to work, they don't. However if you are expected to add butter or oil before use, they are fine. Might try to re-season....???

I wanted to love these, however, even with the rubber coating, the handles become too hot to touch.
