Cooks good, but disappointed after 6 times using the 8" pan the white has changed color to a light brown discoloration. I expected this to happen after a year of use but not this quick. Wish there was a way to bring it back to the way it was. Other then that they are good.

I got these on a one day on line sale. What a great deal. Arrived quickly. I seasoned them according to instructions and began using them. I've used all three sizes and they work great. Heat evenly, and beautiful non-stick surface. I hand wash, even though they are diswasher safe, and will continue to do so. I know these are not heirloom cookwear, but as long as they keep working well, I will keep buying. This is my second set of Tramontina. I liked the first set and these are better.

The set consists of the perfect size fry pans. I have enjoyed using them because nothing sticks to the surface. They are great for Eggs and Omlettes. I have only found one problem to date and that is the Large Fry Pan has become stained when I was cooking Chicken. The Bottom of Pan developed a Brown Stain that I cannot remove. Should anyone have any hints or ideas on removing a permanent type stain from the surface, please inform me. Otherwise the set is a great value.....

I've had these for a few weeks, and have cooked enough with them that I feel comfortable giving a review. As far as the ceramic, non-stick surface goes, these pans are very nice, and I have had no problems with them sticking. The handle has a rubber cover; however, it isn't quite substantial enough, and I have noticed that the handle can get warm during cooking. Not enough that I've been burned, or felt unsafe, but you also can't miss it, either. Because of the very reasonable price and quality of the cooking surface of the pan, I am giving it four stars, the heating of the handle is the only issue holding me back from giving it five stars.

I've only used one of the pans twice for eggs but it worked great! No oil or butter or spray needed and pan heats up very quickly. Eggs fried perfect and lifted right out of pan with nothing left sticking. I ordered online so was worried pans might be very light and poor quality but they seem to be of VERY good quality. Excellent purchase!!! Definitely recommend!

I needed new frying pans and when I saw that they had them in my color teal , they also came in 3 different sizes as well. I made the mistake of not getting them while it was in stock at the store. Went back a couple days later, and they were gone and also out of stock online in the teal color. I kept checking online hoping it would come back to stock and when it did, I immediately bought it. Great quality and price. Glad I was able to get the set.

After a couple weeks use, I’m fairly pleased with these pans. However they discolor from white to a darkened light brown. Still have a good nonstick featureAnd nice even heating. Much better than the copper pans I bought that stick like crazy after a few months.

Not usually a reviewer but these cook even. Take longer to heat up than my old pans but that's good. Have had different types for forty years but I went and bought the rest of the set now. Make sure you get the white "Ceramica". Not sure how the other coating work but I have not used Pam or oil to coat the bottom. Truly non stick.

I love these pans, great non stick surface makes for very easy cooking and cleaning. I purchased the red color and love them. Having 3 sizes in this set gives me enough for everything I need. I highly recommend if you are looking for new skillets at a great price.

Bought these for my sister because original ad said would work with induction cookers. She is in assisted living and has no stove. She got them and they would not work. Understand there was a misprint in original ad but now I have to have them shipped back and try to return them. Not Happy!!!
