We have some tips for you to protect this set. 1) Always use low to medium heat. 2) Always cool down to room temperature before washing. 3) Hand washing recommended though dishwasher safe. 4) Do not use corrosive cleaning products such as bleach, acids, oven cleaners, etching, etc. they will seriously damage the non-stick coating and deteriorate the finish. 5) Avoid sudden temperature change (thermal shock) on the cookwares and lids. 6) Avoid hard objectives on the cookwares and lids. 7) Avoid sliding accross the stovetops and place it carefully on and off the stovetops.
