We are sorry for this experience, Maria. To restore the performance of the non-stick surface, we recommend a deep cleaning method. This involves soaking the cookware overnight in hot, soapy water and thoroughly washing the surface the next morning. To maintain the appearance and performance of the interior and exterior finish, we suggest: Using low to medium heat during cooking to prevent metal fatigue, warping, deformation, deterioration of the non-stick coating, chipping, and discoloration caused by high heat and thermal shock. Allow the cookware to cool down to room temperature before washing. Never use hard objectives onto the surface of cookware. Avoid exposing it to direct open flames. Needs cleaning

The pans are great but burn easily on high flame and are ruined. I was making eggs and accidentally the yolk went over the side and now it’s stained from the heat that it doesn’t come off and looks like I’ve had the pan for 5 years.

We are sorry to hear about your experience, Plate chaser. These pans should not be used on High Heat. They are designed to function best on Low or Medium heat. We suggest handwashing the pan in vinegar with a soft cloth or sponge to help remove the burnt-on stains.
