My kids love yogurt in the mornings before school, but sometimes they'd get their fresh shirts messy, and/or we'd be rushing for time for them to eat their yogurt. These are a GREAT alternative! It's a drink that you can grab and take if needed. They don't notice they're getting about 1/2 as much as they would if they were eating the old ones because they think the drink is a fun alternative!

These taste like a shot of liquid strawberry yogurt. If you don’t like yogurt, you will not like these, but they are healthy for introducing good bacteria into your digestive system.
