Our goal is to provide parents with products they can love and trust. We’re disappointed to hear our Swaddlers did not provide the leak-free protection we’d expect, and we'd love to help. Since no two children are the same, we have created different versions of our diapers to accommodate children’s different sizes, shapes, and absorbency needs. We’d love to find a version that would work better for your little one. We also understand other factors can contribute to leaks. Size and fit play an important role in keeping your child comfortable and dry. If your little one is close to the upper end of the weight range of the diaper you're currently using, you may want to try the next size up as there is more absorbent material in the larger sizes. As an experienced parent, we’re sure you’re already doing this, but please check that the waist is snug with the diaper just under the belly button and that the tapes are fastened symmetrically on the colored waistband on the front of the diaper. Please also be sure the leg cuffs are wrapped neatly around your baby's legs and bottom. After putting on the diaper, run your fingers around these edges to make sure the cuffs are pulled out.
