I chose this item because I didn’t want to get cast iron. I seasoned it like it said to and kept my burners on the temp the instructions suggested. These chicken breasts turned out great! I let it cool and used soap and water and that was it.

This grill-griddle delivers excellent performance and makes multitasking in the kitchen much easier. I love the reversible feature and the spacious cooking area. My only minor complaint is that it’s a bit heavy to handle, especially when washing. Otherwise, it’s been a great addition to my kitchen.

I’m super happy with this product! It has been great to have for making big breakfasts with eggs and pancakes. It fits the size of my stove perfectly and gives me enough space to have multiple things cooking. The grill side has been great for chicken and steaks too!
