I usually buy Bob Evans mashed potatoes, but thought I would try these since I love Yukon Gold potatoes. I thought they tasted like they had instant potatoes mixed in with them. I really didn't care for their flavor.

I have never purchased or eaten these potatoes before. They were so easy to prepare and tasted wonderful. My husband loved them also. Thank you Sam's Club!!!

I tried them and these do not taste decent at all. If you ever warmed up left over old potatoes a day ore more old, that is how it tastes. The Evans brand is the real deal, avoid this brand. Besides the awful taste my stomach got upset after just one plate with them on it, and heck I usually do 3 plates. Mashed potatoes, gravy and chicken or turkey. Not this time, left me hungry for the day and with an upset stomach. I do not know if this is a hit and miss with these but I do know that I do not buy them again. I stay with Evans brand. Sorry Sam!

I was leery of trying these as I detest all instant potatoes, but one day they were giving samples of these in-store and I was amazed at how close they taste to homemade mashed potatoes. We have gotten them several times and they are great and so easy to prepare.

They are better than the name brand at the local grocery store - and also a much better value.

These are awful tasting. Taste like fake/ heavy preserves.
