The sorting hat. Looked much larger than what it was. Not a complicated build and love the interaction feature. A must have for HP fans.

I have currently only Gotten to hear my hat say about five different phrases. I don't believe it speaks 31 different phrases. I'm very unsatisfied with that is great but I think I got a faulty talking box.
