Bought $700+ of these cards at Sam’s. Some did not work. Although the issue is associated with them not activating the cards properly at the store, Sam’s is saying they are not responsible.

I ordered a $200.00 gift card. Before it could be used, someone somehow used it. I’m trying to get the money back but it’s been terrible!

I purchased this in effort to make a online purchase for trip and waited only to have them email me later that it's been refunded back to me unable to send. DONT WASTE MY TIME

Card useless was put on hold. Customer service terrible. The menu overly complicated. Finally get the someone from India answered, kept being placed on hold for 2 minutes. To get card mailed to me would take 7 to 10 days. To get a refund by check takes 3 weeks! Then the process to get refund was painful. Giving my address and being placed on hold 3 times for 2 minutes. Not worth the pain in suffering.
