- 2 out of 5 stars review1/21/2026Unfortunately, I cannot recommend these tires. This review comes after driving 50,000kms, city and long distance highway driving in an AWD vehicle. Tire size is 265/40R/21. Maybe this tire is not ultimately suitable for a low profile vehicle, I'm not sure. As I often read reviews before making a purchase, and I did before purchasing this tire, I feel compelled to write a review with my experience. In my opinion, this tire lacks stability and handling ability. They've always felt slippery in rain and though the first year was somewhat bearable in snow, since then they've been poor. On dry surface they roll into (vs. over) any groove in the road (think crack in the road that has been filled with tar); the tires feel like they are sinking into...
Can't recommend
NoGoOriginally posted onmichelinman.com - 5 out of 5 stars review4/18/2026Bought these tires for my "New to Me" 2012 Lexus LS460. Ride improved greatly. These tires are also very quiet. While my car isn't a sports car, it does have a top speed of 150+, so I needed a "Z" speed rating. While it doesn't like to be pushed, the grip does feel more stable. Over all highly impressed with these tires.
Lexus LS460 Ribber
Big AlOriginally posted onmichelinman.com - 2 out of 5 stars review3/18/2026not a durable tire. 2765 miles on developed a sidewall bubble that meant the entire tire needed to be replaced after michellin attempted to bland road hazard instead of manufact defect and during mechanics showed steal not intact and bubble was close to catastrophic bursting that may have lead to loss of control or accident. not readily available to be replaced been waiting 2 weeks. mechanics verified no road savage curb damage or accident or rim or tire cabbage to support anything but manufacturers defect with less than 0.1 mm tread used. look for better tires.
look for better, avoid these trash tires.

Would normally achieve half (20 to 24k) of recommended tread life. These Pilot Sport AS4 tires have provided the longest durability achieving 40k of tread life. Plus, they handle well and provide a great driving experience.
Best mileage yet.
DGMOriginally posted onmichelinman.com - 4 out of 5 stars review4/1/2026These are excellent "all-around" tires that provide reasonable traction in rain/snow/ice, allowing me to go through up to 6 inches of snow this winter without difficulty. This is surprising, given that my Cadillac CTS4 Performance Coupe is quite low, and has staggered tire sizes. The rear "steamrollers" should NOT do well in the snow, but yours do. On dry pavement, the ride is as smooth as can be expected in a low-profile tire, and handling is quite good. It is not as good as a dedicated, high-performance summer tire but, again, it is a great compromise.
Good all-around tire
MIpilotOriginally posted onmichelinman.com - 5 out of 5 stars review3/31/2026Excellent tire. The compound is sticky and aggressive while still offering good traction in cold weather. The tires appear to be well made with a very still XL-rated sidewall. Handling is extremely precise and predictable with perfectly controlled behavior when approaching the limits of cornering grip. The tires are very comfortable and pretty quiet for a performance A/S tire. While I cannot comment on tread life or highway stability just yet, no doubt those will meet expectations as well.
Fantastic all-around tire
DanOriginally posted onmichelinman.com - 5 out of 5 stars review8/23/2026quiet, smooth ride in my roadster. The handling is excellent although I don't tend to push the limits of driving.mark58Originally posted onmichelinman.com

Monty - 4 out of 5 stars review5/19/2026For an all season tire, it is good on a dry, cool, onramp for lateral g-force, but traction loss is inevitable during medium parking lot to road acceleration in warm weather (30°C).
An all season that is good for cool weather, not summer tire performance on an EV.
ChevoltovićOriginally posted onmichelinman.com - 5 out of 5 stars review8/6/2026Amazing! Street and performance. Michelin Tires always deliver. They are a bit pricey but well worth it! Safe and Savy.

Fast CarOriginally posted onmichelinman.com - 5 out of 5 stars review3/8/2026245/45R pilot 4 on 2008 sky immediately noticed quieter and smother ride then Good year. Car easy to break rear traction mostly due to light rear end, will see what happens w/pilotswhen rods dry up and clean up.
Not bad, better
SLIDE123Originally posted onmichelinman.com - 5 out of 5 stars review2/4/2026Tire are quiet and handle well. I was surprised how good they are in snow . I am a firm believer In Michelin ties and have always had good luck with them.
Good tires
OleOriginally posted onmichelinman.com - 5 out of 5 stars review2/19/2026I usually just get the most highly rated winter tires for EV. This one is good; no problem nor negative feedback so far. Of course, it comes with a higher price tag, so take advantage of the rebates they offer.
highly rated winter tires for EV
TM3Originally posted onmichelinman.com - 5 out of 5 stars review3/27/2026These are great tires: quiet, great traction and responsiveness, very good tread life and durability. Allows me to drive with confidence in rain or snow.
Great value
JT in PAOriginally posted onmichelinman.com - 3 out of 5 stars review5/2/2026HAD A BUBBLE DEVELOP WHERE THE TIRE METS THE WHEEL RIM AND HAD TO REPLACE IT. THE TIRE HAD A LITTLE OVER 23,000 MILES ON IT AND CAME ON MY C8 CORVETTE STINGRAY FROM THE FACTORY. GIVEN THE PEFORMANCE OF THE C8 THIS COULD HAVE ENDED TRAGICALLY.

Please contact our Consumer Care team at 866-866-... - 5 out of 5 stars review11/28/2025Have now purchased 4 sets of these tires for 3 BMWs (X1, X5 and a 7 series). I wont purchase any other tire if I can help it. These are the best tires on the planet and I hope they continue to improve. Cant wait for the AS 5's to come out. They offer extreme grip in wet and dry and corner like on rails. I do get some snow in Virginia and these tires are adequate for light snow. I've never lost traction on any surface. Its why my family only runs these tires on all our vehicles.
Only the Best
Dan WOriginally posted onmichelinman.com - 5 out of 5 stars review11/16/2025Had some cheap brand on my CT200h when I got the car first, drove like that for 6 months, nothing special, and it’s not the sportiest car but I decided to get Pilot Sport AS4 and didn’t regret at all, car started feeling softer, and literally every aspect upgraded to maximum, the performance, handling, cornering are awesome, now every ride is a joy, thank you guys for the quality you provide!
Awesome experience
