Don't cook evening in microwave or air fryer. The breading coming off and meat is not good

We pride ourselves on making high quality, delicious items. While some breading might loosen from the fillet when handling to warm it, you should not see it all falling away from the breast. It made my mouth and stomach burn. I had to drink milk to cool the burn.
