What is the process to claim warranty? I sent 2 emails for lid replacement but they are responding. Interesting thing is there is no contact information on their website too. Social media connects are not responding 😭

These are the best cups. They are easy for my kids to use, they are durable, dishwasher safe, and the only cups that dont leak. I hope they are restocked soon!

We bought 2 of these for our kids, both of them leak from the top. We dint send them to school because they soak the backpacks. If they tip sideways they will leak everywhere fast. Not great. The prints are cute though and the spout is soft and flexible. Wish they would not leak.

So I see many had the same issue that we had. The straw stopped working. After looking into our issue I found that it is usually due to the flexible spout being twisted. Pull it out a little & untwist it. That fixed our issue. My biggest issue with these is that 1 of our tops came with the realease button loose & doesn't stay in place which makes it difficult to close for an adult & impossible for a kid. Emailed customer service for the company since they were out of stock & never heard back. Couldn't reorder due to stock. I see they are back in stock so may reorder now & return the broken one but upset I'll have to repay the shipping. Otherwise they work well & love the bottle graphics.

The bottles are made of quality materials and are the perfect size for a young child. They keep drinks cold for hours. The issue (and it happened with both bottles) is the straws no longer work. Nothing passes, it’s almost like there is something stuck but they are clean, we have only used these with water. Have them three stars because they don’t leak.

Durable and easy to clean. First Stainless Steel bottles I've seen that are dishwasher safe!
