Had to send it back the ice and water had a terrible smell and taste for weeks and there's no bin storage! Very poorly designed!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Within the first 48 hours the mother board failed. Could not control temperature and refrigerator at 27 degrees. Service replaced board and ice maker. No further issue. Technician was knowledgeable and friendly. Arrived when he said he would.

I bought my refrig 8 months ago and it it all of a sudden stop working. It has not worked for approx 30 days, during which I caught absolute hell getting it fixed. The first tech to come out was not scheduled for 14 days--thus I had to throw away everything in my freezer. I had to buy a little refrig just to have something cold, Now LG is not trying to reimburse me . for my losses

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have to say that the ice maker was working but the small door to allow the ice to fall was not opening. We went a week without the luxury if auto ice. I have to say that we have become spoiled. The repair associate arrived a week after purchase and changed out a circuit board. Everyone was professional in the repair ticket and repair of my brand-new LG Refrigerator. After 26 nicknames, finally accepted one? After this occurrence the refer is working fine, and it's huge. Love it!

I bought a brand new refrigerator in this model in Feb 2019 and its freezer had an issue last year which is in less than 3 years of its purchase. Due to the space restraint, I bought the same model a few month ago and now the freezer door does not shut properly. I am extremely disappointed and I would like to receive an after service or a replacement.

Love the under drawer supports for drawers. That makes so much more sense. Great storage. Ice maker has never worked, even after 10 service calls. LG knew this was a problem but didn't recall the door or the unit, but continued selling it to unsuspecting customers. Water has flooded the dispenser area, the handle below and the kitchen floor. They said they would refund the price but haven't seen that either.

6 months after purchase, refrigerator could not maintain a safe temperature below 40 degrees. Fixed under warranty and worked properly. Exactly 6 months and 4 days later, same issue, but because the refrigerator was 4 days out of warranty it would only be repaired unless I paid for the repair out of pocket. So now I have a 250lbs paper weight. Oh yea, the freezer works just fine.

The first thing you notice is how classy this refrigerator looks in the kitchen. The lines are clean, highlighted by the fact that there are no door handles jutting out from the front. The stainless steel finish stays very clean and when it does get smudged you can wipe it clean with a slightly damp cloth. The fridge is very roomy. The doors are deep so you are able to store a great deal of food or drinks inside the doors. The refrigerator is also extremely quiet. You might think it's not working it is so quiet. The fridge and freezer maintain their optimum temperatures all the time. Overall, I have been very pleased with this new LG refrigerator
