The sauce and crust are great. We cook it directly in a pan with extra virgin olive oil without cheese . Nice , thin and crispy.

Good crust. Thin and a bit chewy. I was expecting dry and crisp, but was pleasantly surprised. Cooked on a cast iron pizza 'stone'.
