Was not as ordered...bottom was to be chocolate and got all vanilla...editable paper was put on bad with bubbles under it too

The second tier looked nothing like the picture. It looked awful, not at all what I expected. The tried to “fix” it. If you see the picture you can tell it didn't get better.
