I was supposed to pick by 1:00 pm but wasn’t ready till 5:00. It's one the most disgraceful moment I encountered for online order for a big event! I will never ever order event cakes at Sam’s club anymore! I'm so upset when I think about it, cause I drove three times since 1:00 pm till the cake finally picked by a friend around 6:00 pm.
