It has just the right amount of sugar in it to make it the perfect drink . I enjoy my tea after a hot day in the sun when I'm working on the lawn or spending the day in the pool . My hubby always makes him a 32 ounce cup when he heads out to mow the lawn. Our favorite tea even the teenagers love it in our house . A jug last us about a day if I'm lucky

I also put some lemon in it to give it a tangy taste along with the sweetness of the sugar. I drank this tea with my dinner and lunch and it was so refreshing because I sat it in the refrigerator to get chilled

I wouldn't recommend you make it your primary drink in life but it's really good in moderation. Just like their lemonade, you can mix it with your favorite adult mixer if you are over 21. yum, yum.

i found a german roach in my tea just a heads up. it was soften up when i noticed it was in my mouth it was falling apart meaning its been in the tea for awhile. wont be buying milo tea anymore..... wouldnt let me post a picture due to the size of file.. i am very disappointed..
